People who have practiced it can see obvious advantages in both posture and reaction ability.; In the curriculum standard system for campus sports, traditional Chinese sports are sometimes listed separately, such as martial arts, dragon and lion dance, and archery, which are more in line with our cultural characteristics. ; Many colleagues who promote mass sports feel that the professional threshold of gymnastics is too high and it is difficult for ordinary enthusiasts to reach the level of "special skills". Instead, it is better to include outdoor extreme categories, such as rock climbing, mountain cross-country, and orienteering. The threshold for participation is low, and it can be combined with natural experiences, which is more suitable for ordinary enthusiasts to improve their skills.
Regardless of the classification, fighting and confrontation categories are basically fixed in six categories. Boxing, Sanda, Judo, and fencing all belong to this category. Many parents will initially think that such events are too "violent" and easy to get injured. In fact, the current rules and protective gear are very complete. By practicing it, you can not only practice your reaction and self-defense skills, but also sharpen your psychological quality.
