The answer is yes, but it is by no means the fantasy effect that "3 months of training will increase 2 cups" as marketed, nor is it like some rumors that "the more you train, the smaller your breasts will become." The final effect is actually directly related to your training methods and changes in body fat rate.

Let me first clarify the composition of breasts. Our breasts are mainly made of fat and breast tissue, which are like a soft "jelly". The pectoral muscles underneath are the part that can be stimulated by fitness. Building this layer of muscles thicker is equivalent to adding a layer of firm support under the jelly. The entire breasts will naturally lift up, and the outline will be firmer and will not sag softly. When wearing a tight T-shirt, the upper chest will be fuller and will not dangle empty cups.

When I first joined the gym, I was afraid of doing breast training. I always heard people say that after training, my breasts would become hard and smaller. Until I met a sister from the same gym. She was 42 years old and her breasts were a bit saggy before she gave birth to two children. After practicing chest and back training for a year and a half, her body fat has been maintained at 24 The left and right sides have not changed much, and the cup number has changed from 75B to 75C. When wearing a waist dress, the breast line is particularly beautiful, and it is not obvious that she has given birth to a baby. She always said that she had "natural enhancement without spending a penny."

Of course, some sisters say that their cup numbers have dropped after doing breast training. One of my former students was doing breast training while brushing fat in preparation for a marathon. In three months, her body fat dropped from 27 to 21, and her cup number dropped from C to B+. But she was very satisfied. She said that her breasts hurt when running before, and she had to wear a very tight sports bra to relieve it. Now they are much tighter, and there is no problem with the accessory breasts that were squeezed out before. Wearing a sports vest looks much better than before. To put it bluntly, this "smaller size" is actually caused by the reduction of body fat, and has nothing to do with chest training. If you don't deliberately control your diet and fattening, and focus exclusively on upper chest training, not only will your chest not be smaller, but it will become visually fuller because of the thickening of your chest muscles.

But don’t have too high expectations. Ordinary people naturally exercise, and their chest muscles can thicken by up to 1-2 centimeters a year, which translates into a cup size of up to half a size to a size larger. It is impossible to upgrade from A to D. After all, fat and breast size will not increase due to breast training. If you really want to increase your cup size significantly, you either have to accept overall weight gain, or you can only rely on medical beauty. Fitness is really not that amazing.

A while ago, several of our sisters who often train together made an appointment to go to the hot springs. When changing clothes, it was obvious that those who have trained their breasts all the year round, even if they have low body fat, their breasts are firm and have a natural curvature when they lie down. I, who used to be lazy and only trained my breasts every three to five times, became soft when I lay down.
