It is really not that he is weak, but that there is a problem with the distribution mechanism. ; I have also seen some friends who don’t have much work on their hands and worry every day that they will be eliminated and can’t even eat. Then you can really try to adjust your cognition. I often compare it to people. Stress is like the mineral water in your bag. If you put a small half bottle in it, you can replenish some energy while carrying it on your back without shaking it out. ; If you cram two or three liters in, it will not only sink, but leakage will also wet the computer files in the bag. That is a burden. It is neutral in itself, there is no need to shout and kill as soon as it comes up.

Just put a line: "You don't have to force yourself to eliminate all stress. You can move forward with it. If you can't walk anymore, take a break.
