Leafy green vegetables good for older brains

  Harvard Brigham Young Women Hospital Researchers found that women aged 60 to 70 who usually eat more cruciferous vegetables and green leafy vegetables have a relatively slow decline in memory, verbal expression ability and attention as they age.
