If you don’t like to join in the excitement of confined spaces, and you just like to climb mountains or ride dozens of kilometers along the river on weekends, then the gym will definitely be useless to you. It will be too boring, and practicing with the equipment will not be as enjoyable as outdoor exercise. If you really want to talk about the core advantages, it is nothing more than complete equipment, good atmosphere, and not affected by the weather. You can practice in wind or rain.
