Can shrimp and vitamin C be eaten at the same time?

The nutritional value of shrimp is very high. Eating shrimp and vitamin C together is equivalent to eating arsenic.

Through experiments, it was found that shrimp and other soft-shell foods contain a large amount of relatively high concentrations of pentavalent arsenic compounds. This substance has no toxic effect on the body when ingested. However, after taking "vitamin C", due to chemical effects, the originally non-toxic pentavalent arsenic (i.e. arsenic anhydride, also called arsenic pentoxide, its chemical formula is (As2O5)) is transformed into toxic trivalent arsenic (i.e. arsenic anhydride), also called arsenic trioxide, its chemical formula is (As203). This is what people commonly call arsenic! To be cautious, you should avoid eating shrimps while taking "vitamin C".

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. Of all vitamins, vitamin C is the most unstable. Easily damaged during storage, processing and cooking. It is also susceptible to oxidation and decomposition. Fruits turn yellow and gradually turn brown after being cut, and vegetables turn black when overcooked, both of which indicate the oxidation of vitamin C. For sensitive people, it doesn’t matter whether C tablets or food contain vitamin C.
