Some people also spread rumors that chest X-rays during menstruation will cause radiation damage to the body and blood draws will cause anemia. These are purely rumors without common sense. The amount of radiation from a chest X-ray is less than what you would receive on a plane ride for a day. Not to mention it won’t damage your eggs, it won’t even affect the surface of your skin. ； The blood drawn for the health certificate is only 2 ml, which is not as much as your aunt's blood test in half a day during the peak period. The reason why you are anemic after taking the blood test is purely psychological. Of course, if you suffer from menstrual cramps that are so painful that you can't straighten your back, there's really no need to bear it.
