In fact, there is no one-size-fits-all standard answer. The general consensus in the industry is that people between the ages of 20 and 25 can make arrangements based on their own skin conditions. There is no need to wait for true lines to grow and then improvise.
There are also many conservatives in the skin care circle who insist that there is no need to use anti-aging products before the age of 25. They say that at this age, the skin's own collagen synthesis rate is high enough. As long as the two basic items of moisturizing and sun protection are fulfilled, the skin's own condition will be good enough. Using highly active anti-aging ingredients too early will put unnecessary burden on the skin. Two years ago, I met a girl who was just a sophomore in college. She was only 19 years old. Her mother stuffed her with a bunch of anti-aging kits featuring high-concentration peptides and retinol. She used it for two months, and her face was filled with closed acne. She went to the dermatologist to register. The doctor said that the skin was "over-nutrientd" and there were too many active ingredients, which could not be metabolized by the skin.
But this cannot be said to death. After all, people's living habits are really different now than ten years ago. There are a lot of people who stay up late every day, use their mobile phones, sit in front of the computer for more than ten hours, and are too lazy to apply sunscreen when they go out. Many people are just in their early 20s, and they already have false dry lines after staying up late, and early signs of sagging apple muscles. This situation also sticks to the 25-year-old line, etc., which will turn the false lines into real lines. Last month, when I was helping my best friend clean up her dressing table, I was still saying that she was only 21 and was busy working on projects until two or three o'clock every day. She already had two shallow dry lines on the apples of her skin when she smiled. Later, I was advised to switch to a light anti-aging serum with a low concentration of Bose. After using it for less than a month, the two lines were almost invisible, and there was no redness or intolerance.
After all, anti-aging is not a matter of birthdays. It is more like making dynamic adjustments to the skin to check for leaks and fill in the gaps. Just use your skin condition as a barometer. If you have a regular daily routine, never use sunscreen, and don’t have any wrinkles on your face, then it’s not too late to start using anti-aging products at the age of 28. If you stay up late every day and don’t do anything about it after being exposed to the sun, and your face looks like a wrinkled orange that has been left out for three days after staying up all night, then it’s not too early to start using it at the age of 20. By the way, even if you want to use it in advance, don’t use high-concentration strong drugs as soon as you start. Start with low-concentration light anti-aging products to build tolerance. You can’t just run 800 meters poorly and force yourself to run a marathon as soon as you start, right?
