If you really want to recruit for reproductive health consultation and conditioning positions, the interviewer will give it away by asking two basic questions about the anatomy of the reproductive system. No one will recruit you just by looking at the certificate.

But you are wrong to say that it is completely useless. Xiao Su, a trainee I taught in the past two years, was doing public welfare science on reproductive health in the community. She went to the street to discuss cooperation before, and was required to have relevant skills certificates before she could go into the community to give lectures. She only had a public nutritionist certificate that was not suitable. Later, she found a training sponsored by a formal public institution and studied solidly for half a month. Later, she not only successfully entered more than 20 communities to teach popular science courses, but failed the qualification when doing short video popularization, and was never judged as unqualified and violated by the platform. She herself said that the thousands of dollars spent were more valuable than enrolling in private courses of those Internet celebrities.

Oh, by the way, I have to remind everyone here, don’t listen to the lies of the admissions agencies. Anyone who says “you can open a clinic, do private treatment, and prescribe medicines after taking this certificate” is 100% a liar. I received several consultations here last year, and all of them used this certificate to do vaginal douching and cervical medication. In the end, they were either complained by customers and paid tens of thousands of dollars, or were fined by the health inspectors and had to close the store. It was really not worth the gain. You have to remember that as long as the behavior is invasive and involves the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, you must have a physician qualification certificate. The scope of application of this conditioning certificate is, to put it bluntly, the "non-medical" category: for example, teaching customers about menstrual care, teaching postpartum mothers to do Kegel exercises, providing psychological counseling to menopausal women, and recommending suitable private care products. This is absolutely fine. If you cross the line, no certificate can save you.

If you really want to take the exam, don’t apply randomly. First look at the issuing unit, and give priority to certificates issued by public institutions affiliated with the National Health Commission or national formal industry associations. Don’t get certificates issued by organizations you have never heard of. Then look at the training content. If the syllabus lists “disease treatment” and “invasive procedures” "For this kind of content, just pass, serious training will not touch these red lines at all; there is also the price, normal online + offline training is only three to four thousand yuan, the kind that easily costs tens of thousands and says "affiliation and employment are included" are basically just cutting leeks.

In fact, the core of this industry is always your professional ability. If you don't even understand the ovulation period and safe period, and you can't tell the difference between physiological leucorrhea and inflammatory leucorrhea, you won't be able to do it for a long time even if you get a stack of certificates. The certificate is just an auxiliary stepping stone to prove that you have received systematic training. If you really want to gain a foothold in this industry, learning more professional knowledge and accumulating more practical experience is more reliable than anything else.
