Anejaculation means that the penis can erect normally and have sexual intercourse, but cannot ejaculate semen, or semen can be ejaculated under other circumstances but does not ejaculate in the vagina, so orgasm and sexual pleasure cannot be achieved.

Fifth, it is caused by drugs. Some drugs can delay or hinder ejaculation, such as diazepam and other sedatives, anti-allergic drugs, smooth muscle antispasmodics, antihypertensive drugs, and estrogen and other drugs. Long-term or excessive use will affect ejaculation, and in serious cases can lead to impotence.
